Its sad many parents of young children think that sausages are like MEAT. When we beg for children to eat more protein-rich foods, they rely on sausages without knowing it is “decorated poison”
Just like every other food, SAUSAGES and HOTDOGS should be eaten in moderation or NOT AT ALL because, according research, many of them are laden with fillers and preservatives such as Sulphates, sulphur dioxide, sodium nitrite, which are linked to gastric cancer, heart problems and trigger asthmatic attacks and seizures.

Sausages are delicious, no doubt, the children love it, but you can make a decision TODAY, to replace sausages with other real food sources like beef, minced beef, and vegetables. Its even better sometimes, to sweeten some foods for children by yourself, than to resort to processed foods for your own child.

Dietitians recommend sausages that are gotten from known sources, as they are more likely to be real meat. In the stores, You can also look out for those labelled “Beef Meat” as against just “beef” in addition to long list of “natural” ingredients as they claim.
Parents are the gate-keepers of these children’s health, please dont say huh!? I ate sausages and I am still alive. “NA ONE THING GO KILL PERSON FOR THIS LIFE”, but please, its our kids we are talking about here.
Poor nutrition and high intake of too much processed foods might not cause diseases immediately, but they have an overall effect that may start showing only until later in their lives.
