Diarrhea is a digestive problem that causes loose, watery bowel movements.
1. Rehydration
The first thing you need to do when symptoms of diarrhea is discovered is to take lots of water as diarrhea causes dehydration and this is very dangerous for kids.
You can also try oral rehydration solution by mixing 1 litre of water with half a teaspoon of salt and 6 teaspoons of sugar.
2. Eating a recovery diet
A diet of small, frequent meals us better than having three large meals a day, when recovering from diarrhea. Always include food rich in protein, potassium and more of Fruits should be added to the diet.
