INTRODUCTION

Welcome to AugustSecrets Ltd Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

ENROLLMENT

To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration form on our website. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion.

AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

Affiliates must promote AugustSecrets’s products/services in a professional manner.

Keep your account information up to date and accurate.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning marketing and advertising.

COMMISSION

Affiliates earn a commission for sales generated through their unique referral links/code as detailed in the affiliate dashboard.

Commissions will be paid out monthly provided that the minimum payout threshold of N30,000 is reached.

Use of Promotional Materials

All promotional content must be appropriate and not offensive.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Affiliates may not use deceptive or misleading advertising practices.

Bidding on AugustSecrets keywords in pay-per-click campaigns without express permission is prohibited.

Spamming or unsolicited emails to promote AugustSecrets is strictly forbidden.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. AugustSecrets reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for violating these terms.

Upon termination, affiliates will lose access to the affiliate dashboard and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

AugustSecrets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria.
